In the semiconductor industry, a sterile environment is essential. This is achieved by using cleanrooms that meet specific ISO standards, such as ISO 14644-1. These standards range from ISO 1 (most sterile) to ISO 9 (least sterile), depending on the number of particles of a certain size per cubic meter of air. Cleanrooms are strictly controlled for particles, temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors to minimize contamination. After the implementation is completed, we remain proactively involved in the project by monitoring energy usage and providing an “As Built” dossier along with a Turnover package. To ensure quality and compliance, these documents are crucial. They confirm that the systems are functioning correctly and meet the specified requirements.
