Technical Project Leader / Lead Engineer Process

Due to our growing organization, Protechnicon is looking for a Lead Process Engineer. This is what you can expect and what we expect from you

As a Project Leader / Lead Engineer you work with a certain degree of independence. You will also lead a project team of engineers and designers. The Project Manager / lead engineer will also consult with other professional disciplines within and outside the organization for multidisciplinary projects.
As an ambassador of Protechnicon you are socially skilled and you are in frequent contact with the customer. The commercial role in acquiring new projects (warm acquisition) feels natural and is not unknown to you. Your enthusiasm and quality of work make it obvious for the customer to realize the next project with you.
As a team player, you work together with colleagues on everyone’s personal development, we work with and for each other, the ambition to continuously improve is present, both individually and in a team. Affinity with software packages, design criteria, process calculations, realization processes, planning and budgeting within process technology. (preferably in the Food and Pharma industry)

Task package

Initiating and acquiring projects through warm acquisition
Collecting customer requests, drawing up requirements analysis, determining frameworks and translating them into a technical design
Draw up technical drawings, calculations, plans, contracts, budgets, etc
Guiding, training and advising a team of ambitious 3D designers and engineers.
Check drawings, process diagrams and designs before delivery
Contact with the customer from advice to evaluation
