Expertise in Clean Steam and Black Utility Installations for Large Pharmaceutical Company in Oss

A leading pharmaceutical company in Oss has engaged Protechnicon for the installation of an advanced clean steam generation installation, including associated equipment. We implemented both the concept and the basic design and provided guidance during the realization phase.

This project was part of a larger whole within an existing building. Our work includes defining and drawing up the technical principles, carrying out detailed calculations, and developing P&IDs and layouts (both 2D and 3D) for the new situation.

Protechnicon was responsible for both the clean and black utility designs. By using 3D scanning, we were able to almost completely prefabricate the piping, which ensured an efficient and accurate installation. Naturally, all customer standards and working methods have been incorporated into the design and implementation.

During the project, Protechnicon’s expertise was increasingly recognized, which resulted in the assignment to develop the P&IDs for almost all project components. Following the successful completion of this project, Protechnicon also described the de-commissioning for the removal of the outdated equipment that became obsolete.
