Protechnicon has successfully provided the detailed engineering for the replacement of the chocolate mixers at a leading chocolate manufacturer. This project, carried out in a continuously running production environment, presented several challenges that we overcame with expertise.

- Continuity of Production: The factory operated 24/7, meaning downtime was not an option. Our approach ensured that the installation of the new mixers took place without interruption to production.
- Brownfield Environment: The replacement took place in an existing factory, adding additional complexity. We took into account the limitations and possibilities of the current infrastructure.
Complete Design and Implementation:
- Process Engineering and Utilities: Our team was responsible for the complete design, including all necessary calculations and component selection.
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs): We designed detailed P&IDs to perfectly integrate the new installation with the existing systems.
- Specifications and Specifications: Drawing up detailed specifications and specifications for requests from contractors was a crucial part of our work.
