Lead Engineer HVAC
We are looking for an experienced and driven HVAC Lead Engineer to join our team. In this role you are responsible for designing, developing and implementing HVAC systems for various projects. You provide innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards.

We are looking for someone who:
- Have a completed technical education (HBO/WO) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar
- Have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Has excellent project management skills
- Has experience with CAD software and relevant HVAC design programs
- Is proactive, solution-oriented and innovative
- Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and English
Task package
- Designing and optimizing HVAC systems for various construction projects
- Leading a team of engineers and technical specialists
- Coordinate project activities and schedules
- Assessing technical specifications and quotations
- Supervise the implementation and quality control of HVAC installations
- Collaborating with customers, architects and other stakeholders
- Performing technical analyzes and solving more complex problems
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and safety standards
