Our company has +/-20 motivated employees and a high-quality flexible workforce, a small part of which also carries out projects at the customer’s location.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Have at least an MBO-4 diploma, preferably in a relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Stress-resistant and solution-oriented
  • Can multitask and set priorities well
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and English
  • Has experience with MS Office and other relevant software

Task package

  • Manage administrative and operational tasks
  • Supporting the management team
  • Coordinate office activities and procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Management of office supplies and orders
  • Organizing meetings and taking notes
  • Point of contact for employees and external contacts
  • Support with HR activities, such as recruitment and selection
  • Management of correspondence and documents
