Office Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to strengthen our dynamic team. As an Office Manager you play a crucial role in the smooth running of our daily business operations and you ensure an efficient and organized working environment.

Our company has +/-20 motivated employees and a high-quality flexible workforce, a small part of which also carries out projects at the customer’s location.
We are looking for someone who:
- Have at least an MBO-4 diploma, preferably in a relevant field
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Stress-resistant and solution-oriented
- Can multitask and set priorities well
- Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and English
- Has experience with MS Office and other relevant software
Task package
- Manage administrative and operational tasks
- Supporting the management team
- Coordinate office activities and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Management of office supplies and orders
- Organizing meetings and taking notes
- Point of contact for employees and external contacts
- Support with HR activities, such as recruitment and selection
- Management of correspondence and documents
