Project leader / Implementation supervisor for building-related installations

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Leader / Implementation Supervisor for Building-related Installations to strengthen our team. This role requires both technical expertise and strong management skills within a dynamic and challenging high-tech environment.

We are looking for someone who:

Have completed MBO / HBO Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or a comparable technical education
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the high-tech industry
Has experience with QA/QC processes and commissioning of technical installations
Has experience with project management and implementation guidance in complex technical environments
Strongly analytical and solution-oriented
Has excellent communication and coordination skills
Has the ability to work both independently and in a team as well
Have an in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, industry standards and safety guidelines
Has a proactive attitude and an eye for detail
Willingness to travel to different project locations, both nationally and internationally.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Is flexible and stress-resistant
A real team player with a hands-on mentality
Has excellent intercultural communication skills
Do you have certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), or similar accreditations? That is certainly a plus!

Task package

Inspecting installation work and checking for conformity with technical drawings and specifications
Lead commissioning and quality audits of building-related installations
Drawing up and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resources
Coordinate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of projects
Develop and implement QA/QC protocols and procedures
Carrying out inspections and tests to ensure the quality and functionality of installations
Document results and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Identifying areas for improvement and initiating corrective measures
Coordinating the commissioning of installations and systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure all systems meet design specifications and performance requirements
Preparing commissioning reports and recommendations for further optimization
Identifying technical problems and proposing solutions
Carrying out quality checks and drawing up inspection reports
Regularly reporting on the progress of the work to project leaders and stakeholders
Daily supervision of the execution of installation work on location
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
Coordinate the work of subcontractors and technical teams
Facilitate meetings and technical discussions with team members and customers
Document all project-related activities and ensure accurate archiving of project documentation
